What this tool does: It turns your business details and blog idea into one organized prompt that you can copy into ChatGPT or another AI writing assistant.

Fill out the Company Profile
Enter the information that usually stays the same, such as your company name, services, location, audience, tone, and website links.

Click “Save Business Info”
This remembers the reusable Company Profile in this browser, so you should not need to type it again on your next visit.

Export a backup file
Click “Export Backup File” and keep the downloaded JSON file somewhere safe, such as your Documents folder or Google Drive.

Complete the Current Blog Post section
For each new article, enter the topic, reader, local area, desired length, and anything the article must include.

Generate and copy the prompt
Click “Generate My Prompt,” review the result on the right, and then click “Copy Prompt.” Paste it into your preferred AI assistant.

Restore your business information later
If your saved information disappears or you use another computer, click “Import Backup File” and choose the JSON backup you exported.
Important: browser saves are not permanent backups.
Saved information belongs to this browser and device. It may disappear if browser history or site data is cleared, private/incognito mode is used, or you switch computers. Exporting a backup file is strongly recommended.
Your form entries stay in your browser. This page does not send your business information to Eyecitemedia or store it on a server.
